Professor Nicole L. Snyder is a distinguished glycoscientist, a dedicated educator, and a tireless advocate for the field of glycoscience and the Division of Carbohydrate Chemistry and Chemical Glycobiology (CARB). She has mentored ~165
undergraduate students in her research, many of whom progress to successful scientific careers. Her international collaborations with German institutions have resulted in significant undergraduate research exchanges. Snyder has held key roles in CARB, organised numerous divisional symposia, and led a wide range of outreach and education efforts within ACS and beyond. She is an outstanding candidate for the Melville L. Wolfrom Award.
